Alice has been working on me and my team at Duppy Share doing a weekly session for 2 hours. The team all love it - and the results are fantasic. Alice does 1-2-1 sessions on posture, how we work at laptops, how we hold ourselves in meetings and table work for alignment. Would highly recommend any London or Canterbury businesses signing up for some weekly Alice sessions if she still has any space!
